First..you will notice on the home page that I have earned the designation Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) from the National Association of Realtors. This is a special course involving study, tests and field work. It is for those licensed agents who want to take the extra time and study to better understand and help home buyers. Out of about 1000 agents in the Santa Fe area, 12 have earned their ABR and out of those 12 only 2 work with Buyers ONLY. I never list houses, only work with buyers.
